RANGER: Wood Farm - aiming for a carbon neutral free range egg

Humphrey Feeds and Pullets, and Poultry Specialist David Hope, were featured in a seven page article in the January edition of Ranger magazine.

The article describes how Charles and Jo Mear of Wood Farm have been focusing on sustainability - including circular farming, solar panels and anaerobic digestion - since buying the 1,000 acre farm from Charles’ father in 2012.

In the article Charles states how pleased he is with the quality of the eggs his hens are producing and how he works closely with Humphrey Feeds and Pullets Poultry Specialist, David Hope, to achieve the best possible gut health and quality.
